A free 20-minute zoom call where we can get to know a bit about each other, discuss your reasons for seeking therapeutic support, and answer any preliminary questions you might have.

Session fees

Weekly psychotherapy: £75 (€85) per session, 60 minutes

Fortnightly psychotherapy: £85 (€100) per session, 60 minutes

Therapeutic coaching: £120 (€145) per session, 90 minutes
